House of Souls is an authentic creole restaurant in the center of Copenhagen, placed on Vestergade close to Strøget. The kitchen is caribbean and South American, specifically from New Orleans, The US Virgin islands and the french colonies. The creole kitchen is therefore the first fusion kitchen where the food gives you the sense from the Caribbean fresh nature and ingredients. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients that will secure the unique taste and high quality. In the Caribbean kitchen, the dishes are always prepared with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, from the marinades to the sauces.
If you are a new guest, we recommend you to try our most popular dish, the Beef Bayou. Our Beef Bayou is a garlic grated beef tenderloin with delicious tiger prawns, a tower of pured rootvegetables and the fantastic sauce americainé. Furthermore, we recommend you to try some of our cajun classics. Try for example the Seafood Gumbo or our Jambalaya. If you're looking for something sweet, then save some room for one of the delicious desserts.
